What will you do?
✅ Train and support our clients in the Caribbean region.
✅ Deliver online training sessions on our legal solutions and Vincent AI.
✅ Provide non-technical support and escalate requests to the appropriate teams.
✅ Collaborate with the Account Managers team to ensure an outstanding user experience.
What are we looking for?
🔹 A professional background in Law is preferred, but we welcome candidates from other relevant fields.
🔹 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
🔹 Familiarity with technology, legaltech, or publishing (a plus).
🔹 Excellent communication and time management skills.
🔹 Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Caribbean time).
