About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and structured professional to design and implement onboarding and training programs for our global sales organization. This role is essential to ensure that both new and current sales team members are equipped to succeed at every stage of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage structured onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Develop ongoing training modules focused on product updates, messaging, tools, and sales methodologies.
  • Align training initiatives with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain a centralized library of sales resources (playbooks, battlecards, etc.).
  • Partner with sales managers to tailor coaching sessions and monitor performance improvements.
  • Define KPIs and measure the impact of enablement activities (e.g., win rates, ramp-up time).
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and ensure process consistency across regions.

Profile Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or RevOps in a B2B environment.
  • Academic background in Law, Communications, Education, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Loom, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset to connect training initiatives with commercial results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to scale training across multilingual, cross-regional teams.
