About the Role

The Product Manager for the Vincent Enterprise & Studio Squad will drive the transformation of legal work for large law firms and corporate legal departments. This pivotal role involves leading the product strategy and roadmap for Vincent's most advanced AI capabilities, deep enterprise integrations, and sophisticated customization tools. You will be a strong strategic partner to our R&D teams, translating cutting-edge AI research into powerful, client-facing solutions that redefine enterprise legal workflows and strengthen vLex's market leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Vincent's Enterprise and Studio offerings, aligning with the Enterprise Retention & Expansion strategic pillar and the Vincent Product North Star.
  • Collaborate intensely with Vincent AI (R&D) to understand emerging AI capabilities, providing product requirements and insights to shape their research into actionable product features.
  • Lead the definition, launch, and iteration of advanced AI-driven automation features, deep enterprise system integrations (e.g., DMS, CRM), and robust governance solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Translate complex client needs and technical capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented Product Backlog Items (PBIs), including detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, UX/design requirements, and data tracking events.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers and development teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery, emphasizing scalable and secure solutions.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and adoption programs for enterprise clients, including managing customer feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise adoption, retention, usage of advanced features, and client satisfaction.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, or AI/ML-driven products.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with R&D or advanced technology teams, translating complex technical capabilities into clear product value propositions.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex data and technical information to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior technical and business leaders, and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience managing complex integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., DMS, CRM).
